Owner Terry Smith moved to Pagosa springs over thirty years ago, after falling in love with the beauty of the area. His career in the building materials industry started then. There were not many suppliers servicing our market back then, Terry & family founded T2 Marketing and from there opened a small builder’s convenience lumber yard. That grew into Circle T Pro Lumber & Hardware which opened in its new building in 1996 nine years later Terry opened the second location on the west end of town, Terry’s Ace Hardware.
